With a private consultation you can learn many things about your pet. You can choose various ways to receive the information your pet wants to share with me.
Work hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time. One (1) Saturday a month is allocated for people who aren’t able to come during normal weekday hours.
Book your appointment 2 to 3 weeks in advance. The only way to get a faster time is through an emergency consultation (for which the fee is $275).

SUMMARY OF PRIVATE CONSULTATION FEES
Phone and Zoom Consultations:
- $125 for each pet (1/2 hour up to 5 questions)
- $250 for each pet (1 hour up to 12 questions)
E-mail Consultations:
$125 for each pet. (up to 5 questions)
In Your Home:
- First pet: $400.
- Second and third: $250
- Fourth, fifth, and sixth: $150 each.
Note: All pets must belong to the same person and all consultations must be done during the same appointment.
For In-Home visits, there is an additional traveling fee of $1.00 per mile.
In-Person Consultations at My Office:
$250 for each pet.
Emergency Consultations:
$275, on the phone, by Skype or Facebook
Note: An emergency session is one in which you need to have me work with your pet immediately because of illness, accidents, end-of-life decisions, etc. Weekend consultations may be available when appropriate.
Terms:
Prior to a session, payment can be made by PayPal.

Cancellations and Reschedules: Your payment secures your appointment. If you must reschedule, please try to do so 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled on the same day may not be refundable.
Lost Pets service will no longer be available until further notice. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

This type of consultation is available no matter where you live.
My communication with your pet is a spiritual one, but to share what your pet has told me, you and I will need to talk by phone.
Before I talk with your pet, you’ll need to send me the following:

- A picture that’s fairly recent, which shows your pet’s face, and especially his or her eyes, if at all possible.
- Name, age and how long they’ve been with you. If deceased, date when they passed and how old were they.
- A list of the questions, comments and concerns you want your pet to talk about. I receive an average of five to seven questions for the time allotted.
- Payment: The consultation fee is $125 per pet. Please make your payment through PayPal by using the button in the Phone and Zoom Consultations box below.

Once I’ve received the picture, the list of questions, and the payment, we’ll set up an appointment to speak on the phone at a time convenient for both of us. At the time scheduled for our phone appointment, please call me at 714-772-2207 (Note: no text messages are accepted at this phone).
I will already have talked to your pet before our phone call, and will have my written notes ready to share with you. Plan on about ½ hour to review everything together.

We can do an e-mail consultation no matter where you live. If you’re located outside the USA and don’t want to make an international call, e-mail is a very effective method to use.

Once I receive the picture, the list of questions, and the payment, I’ll have a conversation with your pet, taking notes as we talk. I’ll then type these notes into an e-mail for you.
You may receive up to two follow-up e-mails to clarify any questions about the consultation at no additional charge.
In-Home Consultations are helpful for cats who don’t travel well, for sick and elderly pets, or just because you’d rather I’d come to you.

- I’d like to meet your pet in person, but he or she doesn’t need to be in the same room with me while we talk, and I don’t need to be alone with your pet at any time. If he or she is deceased, I can work from a picture.
- If I go to your home and you have multiple pets, they can all be in the same room unless they don’t get along well together.
- A consultation usually lasts for about an hour for a single pet. Additional time may be required for other pets you’d like me to talk with.
- This is a conversation between you and a pet who is a member of your family. For that reason, I encourage you to schedule an appointment at a time when all family members are able to be present, if at all possible.
- You’re also encouraged to take notes which you can review later, or you may even want to tape-record the session.
- Prepare a list of questions you’d like me to ask your pet(s) so that you’ll remember to talk about everything that’s important to you. The questions should be worded in as general a way as possible because I prefer not to have any specific information until after I’ve talked with your pet(s).
- Before we begin, please tell me your pet’s name, age, and how long he or she has been living with you.

Consultations At My Office
Bring your pet(s) with you, or bring a picture of a pet who is unable to travel, or who is deceased.

- Prepare a list of questions you’d like me to ask your pet. This way you’ll remember to talk about everything that’s important to you.

- You’re encouraged to take notes which you can review later, or you may even want to tape-record the session.
- A visit usually lasts about an hour for a single pet, and somewhat longer for more than one pet.

Group Sessions are available for kennels, clubs, schools, breeders, organizations and individuals who want to facilitate consultations for 10 or more participants at a time.

- A Group Session requires a minimum of 10 participants.
- The individual consultations last 15 minutes for each pet, living or deceased, in person or using a photograph. The cost for each 15-minute session is $100.
- Those who facilitate a Group Session of 10 or more participants receive a free consultation for one of their own pets.
- Group Sessions can be scheduled at various times throughout the year.
